This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with digital creators while executing influencer marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, initiating partnerships, and managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from outreach and negotiation to content coordination and performance tracking. A strong emphasis is placed on communication and relationship-building, particularly with influencers from diverse regional markets, making multilingual communication skills highly valuable for this role. The position requires someone who can effectively collaborate with creators, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver measurable results. You will also play an important role in identifying emerging influencers, understanding regional audience trends, and developing strategies that align with campaign goals. Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate influencers across various categories and regions to build relevant creator partnerships • Manage end-to-end influencer outreach including discovery, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful long-term collaborations • Coordinate campaign requirements including content briefs, scripts, timelines, and deliverable approvals • Negotiate campaign deliverables, budgets, and timelines with creators while ensuring alignment with marketing goals • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on engagement, reach, and ROI • Maintain an organized database of influencers and monitor campaign budgets for assigned initiatives • Ensure timely execution and delivery of influencer campaign content across platforms • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies • Stay updated on social media trends and identify new creators or opportunities for collaboration What Makes You a Great Fit • 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing roles • Strong ability to identify and build relationships with influencers across different categories and regions • Multilingual communication skills with proficiency in languages such as Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach to campaign execution and reporting • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing creator partnerships and campaign agreements • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and digital engagement strategies • Ability to track campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve marketing outcomes • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment • Passion for digital content, social media culture, and creator-driven marketing Skills • Influencer Marketing • Social Media Marketing
