About Job AppsForBharat is building a commerce-led brand and expanding it through influencer-driven growth. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and scale influencer partnerships across key markets. This is an in-house role focused on working with external influencers to drive engagement and growth. This is not an influencer or creator role Skills & Qualification 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing Prior experience in a D2C or commerce brand preferred Strong understanding of influencer platforms such as Instagram and YouTube Experience managing multiple stakeholders and campaigns Basic understanding of influencer metrics and reporting Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools Strong communication and coordination skills Responsibilities Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign goals and target audiences Onboard influencers for campaigns and long-term partnerships Manage influencer briefs, timelines, deliverables, and coordination Coordinate influencer ad operations with internal teams Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign requirements Track influencer campaign performance and share post-campaign insights Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
