Location: Canada (Remote/Hybrid)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to track and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Airtable, Google Drive, Slack).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
  • Experience working with influencers, contracts, and campaign execution is a plus.
  • Ability to work augmented hours (~ 11am ET - 7pm ET)

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Execution Coordinator to support our influencer marketing team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution by managing assets, tracking deliverables, and maintaining key resources. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in problem-solving, and has strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Create and distribute campaign briefs and contracts for all influencer partnerships.
  • Creative ideation
  • Coordinate product shipments for all campaigns and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Manage and organize the bank of final approved images/videos for all influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update campaign brief and contract templates as needed.
  • Monitor and update campaign performance metrics, including tracking key percentage-based benchmarks.
  • Follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Operational Support & Problem-Solving
  • Identify and flag any potential issues during campaign execution, providing recommendations and solutions to management.
  • Ensure all influencer deliverables are met in accordance with contract terms and deadlines.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
