Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of influencer marketing strategies and adapt them to the advantages, challenges and audience of each social platform;
  • Plan all day-to-day activities related to influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Negotiate, draft and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements;
  • Write and update briefing sessions for collaborations;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with content creators;
  • Develop and implement a prospecting plan for content creators;
  • Ensure the growth of influencer marketing while respecting La Vie en Rose’s brand image;
  • Measure the performance of influencer marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis and evaluate the return on investment;
  • Respect the annual budget allocated to partnerships with content creators;
  • Carry out requests for merchandise or in-store pick-up related to collaborations;
  • Ensure the shipping and tracking of packages to content creators;
  • Participate in event strategies bringing together influencer marketing and traditional media;
  • Provide support in the organization and implementation of social media projects and events;
  • Conduct effective competitions on a regular basis;
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams
