Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH US:

You’ll be the vital link between our brand and a network of Instagram and X influencers, shaping campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver results. From onboarding new affiliates to supporting ongoing collaborations, you’ll ensure every partnership thrives. Your creativity, insight, and drive will keep campaigns fresh and grow our social presence in a competitive landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build strong relationships by providing influencers with ongoing support, guidance and tools to optimise their content and drive engagement.
  • Handle day-to-day engagement, communication and relationship management with influencers.
  • Work closely with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand goals and has the potential to go viral.
  • Monitor Instagram trends, algorithm shifts and content formats to guide influencer strategies.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce witty, engaging and shareable content tailored for Instagram audiences.
  • Analyse performance of influencer content, spotting patterns in what drives engagement and what doesn’t.
  • Identify opportunities to scale influencer and affiliate partnerships as well as negotiate improved deal and commission structures with influencers.
  • Share insights on Instagram content performance and industry trends to guide broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Instagram’s latest features, algorithm updates and viral content trends.
  • Keep a pulse on crypto, online gaming and affiliate marketing trends on Instagram and X to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Track competitor activity and benchmark affiliate and influencer strategies in the space.
