ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and eager social media enthusiast to join our Influencer team at Charlie Oscar.
Helping brands go beyond just vanity metrics to understand the true value of their influencer programs with our attribution solution is one thing - but efficiently building successful in-house gifting programs and building genuine relationships with hundreds of creators at scale is a whole other ballgame. That’s where you come in.
Working across our diverse portfolio of clients, you will be deployed to support the execution of in-house influencer gifting programs with the support of the broader Charlie Oscar content and growth function. One program might work with pet influencers, another with beauty influencers - no day will be the same!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • With the support of the wider Influencer team, take ownership of and execute influencer campaigns aligned with Charlie Oscar’s Influencer Playbook with operational excellence.
  • Challenge and lead the development of our influencer approach for clients across a variety of exciting industries - Petcare, Lifestyle, Health, Beauty, Food, Fitness + more.
  • Operate our top-of-the-range influencer discovery/outreach tools to recruit suitable influencers at scale for our client’s programs.
  • Daily management of multiple influencer rosters and programs, building strong, personal relationships with talent. You’ll own and develop our influential book of contacts.
  • Daily data handling and capture using in-platform metrics and tools including Google Excel.
  • Analyze the performance of collaborations and programs based on certain KPIs, and work continuously to apply insights and learnings to optimise your output.
  • Ideate and implement innovative ideas to improve influencer programs such as added value benefits, community campaigns, events, and gifting.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the Paid Media team to execute full-funnel campaigns that amplify influencer coverage, and break the rules of traditional influencer advertising.
  • Prepare materials including timelines, client updates, and progress reports as needed for both clients, and internal meetings.
  • Live and breathe influencer and social trends, implementing them into your campaigns. Be the go-to in our office for social insight.
