We’re on the hunt for a forward-thinking, creative, and commercially savvy Influencer Marketing Lead to join our award-winning Marketing team. From fashion and beauty to home, toys, and tech, you’ll be at the heart of it all—building authentic partnerships with creators, delivering scroll-stopping content, and ensuring our brand is the one everyone’s talking about.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Shape the strategy: Develop and evolve our influencer marketing approach across brand, category, and campaign initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful campaigns: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer activity that drives brand love, customer engagement, and commercial results.
  • Spot the stars: Oversee talent discovery and selection, ensuring we partner with creators who truly align with our brand values and resonate with our audiences.
  • Measure success: Build a robust measurement framework to track performance, optimise spend, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with teams across social, PR, paid media, and creative to maximise the reach and impact of influencer content.
  • Lead a team: Inspire and develop a high-performing team of five, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
