Description

CHARLIE OSCAR

Charlie Oscar is a digital growth company built to transform brands and underpinned by marketing science.
We combine data, technology and creativity to advise and execute digital marketing strategies that break the status quo for the world’s most ambitious brands. Put simply, we transform growth.
At first glance, it may seem unusual for influencers to be a department within a growth company. It usually raises a few eyebrows. But every day we’re proving to brands that influencer marketing isn’t just a trendy, buzzword-filled, brand channel that comes with uncertain ROI. It is one of the most powerful performance levers for growth.
It all starts with understanding how influencer activation actually impacts a business’ bottom line. Our proprietary attribution suite, COmpass, gives clients that very insight. Put simply, we’ve solved the age-old ROI battle of Influencer marketing. Yes, you read that correctly. We’ve solved it. We’re enabling brands can get closer to the truth than ever before.
Using COmpass, our team of experts are deployed to provide the best strategy and execution, helping brands to optimise influencers as if it were a paid channel. For example, we know exactly which niches, sizes of influencers, and what type of content, can provide the most revenue uplift. We’re performance-first, balanced with the belief that data allows brands to further enhance the core creative spirit of influencer marketing.
At Charlie Oscar, we like to select team members based on attitude and culture add. While we value experience and expertise, we want to work with people who are eager to challenge the status quo and driven to consistently deliver best-in-class output.
We believe in work-life balance and prioritise team well-being. We work hard but also make time to bond as a team, have some fun and socialise. We do quarterly social events and an annual company trip away to recharge and spend quality time together. The team work together in our London Bridge office, and from home.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an ambitious, social-obsessed and data-loving Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Influencer team at Charlie Oscar.
Helping brands go beyond just vanity metrics to understand the true value of their influencer programs with our attribution solution is one part of the puzzle. But to get there, we need to efficiently execute high-volume gifting programs one day, and deliver impactful paid partnership campaigns the next. Ultimately generating high-quality data and content outputs at pace to drive accelerated business growth from Influencers for our clients.
That’s where you come in.
Working across our diverse portfolio of clients and reporting into the Influencer Lead, you will be deployed to develop comprehensive influencer campaign strategies, whilst also managing the workflows of junior team members, ensuring that they are executing day-to-day campaigns for a range brands with delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of and manage the daily execution of influencer campaigns, mentoring and delegating effectively to junior team members to meet deadlines on time, whilst developing and nurturing their skillsets
  • Own the influencer relationship with clients - providing insight into day-to-day workings to stakeholders of a senior level, without senior support
  • Contribute to creating compelling, insightful, and high-quality presentations that answer new business briefs
  • Independently interpret and deliver client-ready outcomes from COmpass into high-quality presentations which are highly insightful and actionable, beyond granular numerical learnings
  • Execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns (brand or creator side): working across paid social redistribution, business and legal affairs (contracts), budget management, creator relationship management, content briefings
  • Expertly operate various influencer tools and technology to get the job done (discovery, outreach, data measurement etc.)
  • Constantly analyse performance data of campaigns based on certain KPIs, and work continuously to apply insight and learnings to optimise your output, whilst also interpreting data sets into stories for clients
  • Ideate and implement innovative ideas to improve influencer programs such as added value benefits, community campaigns, events, paid partnerships and gifting.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the Paid Media team to execute full-funnel paid social campaigns that amplify influencer coverage, and break the rules of traditional influencer advertising.
  • Support the team in preparing materials including timelines, client updates, and progress reports as needed for both clients and internal meetings.
  • Live and breathe influencer and social trends, implementing them into your campaigns. Be the go-to in our office for social insight.
