JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK&I influencer/creator marketing programme, from strategy to execution.
  • Develop and deliver tactical plans that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Innovate to boost reach and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, from talent discovery to briefing, production, and evaluation.
  • Drive the creation and rollout of influencer briefs and content kits.
  • Partner with social and content teams to deliver engaging, influencer-led content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance to support campaign success.
