Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will support our marketing & social media efforts with a specific focus on Influencer-related work. You will be closely cooperating with internal departments for conventional marketing tasks while finding and approaching new influencers, managing existing influencer engagements, and analyzing results of influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build meaningful relationships with influencers and other content creators
• Plan & strategize influencer management campaigns and processes
• Measure & optimize engagement and return-on-investment for influencer initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market & competitor analysis on collaboration and influencer developments
• Formulate and implement influencer & content-related KPIs
• Cross-department communication and rapport building to enable holistic company-wide marketing initiatives
• Review and report respective metrics and achievements

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing roles within the UAE in eCommerce, Retail, or luxury goods startups or SMEs
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing Influencer outreach & campaigns within the UAE.
• A relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar.
• Ideally relevant certification in marketing and/or project management from accredited providers.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic.WHAT WE OFFER
