Influencer Marketing specialist – Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes Develop content ideas and assist in content creation Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place Keep the team up-to-date on the influencer's trends – rising stars, emerging trends, best practices Provide recommendations on contracted deliverables per influencer and activation strategies Create and deliver influencer briefs and messaging guidelines Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers Work with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers Report on influencer performance (organic and paid) Have a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment Developing strong relationships with influencers, by understanding what they need, what they are required to deliver, and how to assist them in consistently driving towards outcomes and meeting deadlines. Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies Influencer Marketing Specialist- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry Well organized with great time management skills with attention to details Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Expertise in managing multiple social media platform Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation skills Experience required: 1 to 3 years Our Culture We always work together as a single team to fuel the growth of the company though we perform different functions across the departments.
