The Position As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you strengthen Marie-Stella-Maris’ visibility, advocacy and community impact by building authentic creator relationships across influencer, ambassador and affiliate channels. This role is hands-on and strategic: you scout talent, negotiate partnerships, brief content, activate campaigns and continuously optimise based on results. You work closely with our PR & Partnerships Manager and external agency, ensuring that every collaboration reflects our mission: clean water for all and supports long-term brand growth. You collaborate closely with the Social Media Specialist: while you lead the relationship, negotiation and activation, social ensures ongoing engagement and community presence. Together, you shape a cohesive digital creator ecosystem that reflects our premium, purpose-driven brand identity. Key Responsibilities Influencer & Ambassador Strategy Build and run an always-on ambassador program focused on long-term, value-aligned partnerships. Identify, evaluate and activate creators across micro and macro levels in line with brand values and target audiences. Manage the full partnership lifecycle from scouting and briefing to negotiation, activation and performance review. Set up and manage a scalable international affiliate programme. Campaigns & Content Activation Develop influencer activations for brand campaigns, product launches and impact storytelling moments. Stimulate high-quality UGC creation and collect testimonials for use across marketing channels. Collaborate with Brand, Social and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency and visual alignment. Performance, Tracking & Optimisation Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversion and ROI. Analyse results using creator & affiliate analytics tools and translate insights into clear next steps. Report performance learnings and recommendations to the Marketing & E-commerce Lead. International Growth Develop and tailor influencer strategies for key international markets in collaboration with regional partners. Research local creator ecosystems, trends and cultural nuances to ensure relevance and resonance. Build and nurture creator communities across priority regions (e.g. Germany, Belgium, France). Collaboration with Social Media Lead selection, contracting and execution of influencer and affiliate collaborations. Partner with the Social Media Specialist to ensure continuity through day-to-day engagement, reposting and community interaction. We’re Looking for People Who Are… Natural relationship builders with strong communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on and proactive, energised by fast-paced execution and ownership. Creatively driven, with an eye for brand aesthetics, storytelling and tone of voice. Structured, organised and able to manage multiple collaborations at once. Curious, digitally savvy and confident navigating creator platforms, trends and community culture. Motivated by working for a brand with a mission and purpose. And Who Bring… 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador/affiliate programmes or community management (agency or brand-side). A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field. Experience running influencer campaigns, including product seeding, gifting and partnership negotiation. Strong understanding of creator platforms, affiliate tools and performance tracking. Affinity with sustainability, lifestyle, beauty or design-driven brands. Experience managing international creators or scaling creator programmes is a plus.
