About The Role: Join our dynamic team at Petra Brands and play a key role in driving our brands' digital success by supporting our Influencer Marketing Team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our influencer program in target markets and building long-term relations with creators around the world! Role Responsibilities: Expansion of our influencer portfolio by researching on various social media channels (e.g. YouTube, Instagram and TikTok) Looking after the whole lifecycle of potential influencer collaborations, including vetting, onboarding, contract negotiation, content approval, performance tracking, and relationship management Executing, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on influencer campaigns Supporting cross-channel projects with other teams whenever it is needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, PR & Brand, or related studies 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or similar role is preferred; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply A strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry and social media trends. Knowledge of the global creator community is highly appreciated Interest in learning about performance marketing Relationship management skills and a data-driven mindset Highly self-motivated individual with a hands-on mentality Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior is advantageous We Offer: An exciting and dynamic role in a rapidly growing company.
