Role Summary and Impact In WPP Media Entertainment, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and management of influencer marketing projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, genuinely passionate about the creator and influencer ecosystem, with a strong interest in broader communication trends. The candidate will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with internal teams, creators and external partners, contributing both strategically and operationally to the success of each initiative. Key Responsibilities Project development & management Manage influencer marketing projects from brief to delivery. Strategic thinking, storytelling, accounting and project management skills are required as well as knowledge of the influencers/creators ecosystem Market & competitor analysis Monitor the influencer marketing landscape and broader communication trends, contributing to market analysis and competitive scenarios that support strategic project development. Measurement & reporting Strategic and critical mindset in interpreting influencer marketing KPIs. Performance tracking and post-campaign reporting. Requirements 2 years of experience in influencer marketing Strong organizational, accounting and project management skills. Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators and talent agencies. Solid understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem and kpis evaluation A proactive, curious and detail-oriented attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
