THE ROLE

Our Influencer Outreach Assistants drive relationship management with key talent, identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring weekly and monthly targets are met to sustain continuous opportunities for Motel.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete end-to-end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments.
• You will be expected to be organized and efficient and hit weekly and monthly targets
• Consistent evaluation of new and existing talent partnerships, including always on identification of new talent ensuring we stay ahead of our competitors.
• Managing brand and content guidelines for all collaborations, ensuring the content requested is on brand and to a high standard.
• Weekly and Monthly reporting to clients
• Ad hoc tasks which may require you to think on your feet
