The ideal candidate should be located in Germany (preferably in the Düsseldorf area) but we are open to receiving remote (worldwide) applications as well. Tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. Identify and onboard new influencer talent that aligns with our clients' brand objectives and values. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute creative marketing campaigns that achieve client goals. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure clear communication and alignment between influencers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate successful project execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management. Strong understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers. Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
