Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success. You’ll Thrive if You: ✅ Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles. ✅ Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. ✅ Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills. ✅ Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously. ✅ Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships. ✅ Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.
