Overview:
We are delighted to be hiring a 24-month fixed term position of an IT Graduate in the PepsiCo Ireland IT Graduate program for a September 2025 start. This Graduate position is with our Cyber Security team, responsible for governing performance and driving best practice Cyber Security for PepsiCo Ireland.
The program provides an IT graduate with first-hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of an exciting business, working across global IT teams and get exposure to best-in-class technology, applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an active participant in our Cyber Security team, learning and engaging in Cyber topics, governance, activities and initiatives.
  • Generate, update, and maintain regular IT security reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to IT Security Team meetings, engage with IT teams on routine tasks.
  • Interact and engage with both IT and business colleagues to drive completion of security compliance tasks.
  • Identify and deliver IT process improvements.
  • Participate in Graduate group projects where there’s an opportunity to join other graduates to explore new technologies and applications, develop collaboration, problem solving & communications skills.
  • Support PepsiCo’s IT Internship & TY work experience programs.
  • Graduates can join Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) to promote Inclusivity within the organisation.
  • Graduates have an opportunity to represent PepsiCo in outreach events in schools and local universities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, BIS, or another related field.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Applications e.g. Microsoft Teams, Excel.
  • Comfortable working on activities where attention to detail is important.
  • Communicating messages effectively with stakeholders including colleagues, third party suppliers and Global teams.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner.
  • A desire for continuous improvement and adding value to the PepsiCo business.
  • Personable and approachable with a commitment to deliver a superior service.
  • Bring ideas and creativity, make suggestions.
  • Comfortable working with teams including remote teams.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Suitable/relevant work experience in an IT technical role, or ideally a Cyber Security role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Remains current on IT security best practices and technological advancements e.g. AI.
