Role description
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Business Analyst to join our ERP team. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Infor M3 supports our business processes efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and supporting implementations and enhancements of Infor M3.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Infor M3.
• Configure and support Infor M3 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Order Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and M3 standard functionality, recommending solutions or enhancements.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incident resolution, and escalate where necessary.
• Support ERP projects, upgrades, and rollouts across different business units.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and super-users, to deliver solutions.
