Responsibilities

This role is fixed term until December 2026, and based in Wellington at Tari Matua, ERO’s National Office.
Reporting to the Manager Information Services, your focus is on supporting the Lead Information Advisor and the Information Management team. You’ll have input to ERO’s digital and physical recordkeeping and will build strong relationships with staff across the Department.
We see you bringing a working knowledge of public recordkeeping, familiarity with modern Enterprise technologies, experience with an EDRMS approach to digital information management, and a positive and outgoing attitude to the role and team.
The key focus is supporting the Lead Information Advisor in working through our Information Management Strategy programme, which includes developing ERO’s Information Asset Register, and reviewing and refreshing our SharePoint Online environment, as well as supporting business-as-usual activities in the Information Services space.
