Job Title: BI Information Analyst
Location: Wayside House, CV6 6NY

Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm. Hybrid role with occasional on-site presence typically once a week or once every two weeks, depending on business needs.
Pay Rate: £15.67/Hr. + Holiday Pay

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Band 5 BI Information Analyst to support data reporting and analysis across the organization. The role involves running basic SQL queries, using Excel for reporting, and assisting with NHS data submissions. NHS experience is desirable but not essential. You’ll help ensure data accuracy and support teams with insights for better decision-making.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Basic SQL query skills
• Strong Excel
• NHS or healthcare data experience (desirable)

• Run and troubleshoot basic SQL queries/scripts to extract and manipulate data
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
• Support NHS statutory returns and internal performance reporting
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data across multiple systems
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand data needs
• Provide insight and analysis to support service planning and improvement
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and patient-level data
• Extracting and preparing data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, healthcare systems).
