Description: · We are looking for a data-driven professional who doesn't just "deliver reports" but acts as a bridge between complex data and actionable business strategy. · The ideal candidate will spend 50% of their time performing deep-dive analysis and 50% coaching team members on how to interpret, leverage, and improve their own data literacy. · You will be the go-to expert for turning raw information into a roadmap for growth. Key Responsibilities: · Deep-Dive Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets to drive departmental KPIs. · Strategic Coaching: Act as a mentor to non-technical stakeholders, guiding them on how to use data to tell a story and make confident decisions. · Data Quality Advocacy: Work with teams to identify trends/gaps in collection, providing guidance on how to improve data integrity at the source. · Dashboard & Tool Creation: Develop intuitive visualization tools that empower others to self-serve their data needs. · Trend Forecasting: Translate historical data into forward-looking insights to help the leadership team anticipate market shifts. · Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. · Technical Experience: data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R/ AI). A Plus if experience with SAP S4 Hana Core Competencies: · The "Teacher" Mindset: A proven ability to explain complex technical or statistical concepts to a non-technical audience clearly and empathetically. · Business Acumen: Ability to understand the "why" behind the numbers and align data projects with company goals. · Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, specifically in the context of presentation, training, and documentation. · Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
