Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office

Starting Salary: $61,055.80 - $67,161.38 (Salary commensurate with experience)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot content structures, publishing errors, and user experience issues.
  • Provide training and support to team members on structured authoring and content tools.
  • Continuously refine content delivery methods using usability testing and CRM insights.
