Salary Range: $70K–$100K

OVERVIEW:

INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Assurance (IA) Analyst to support the development, tailoring, and maintenance of the 557th Weather Wing’s cyber policies, RMF documentation, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). The IA Analyst ensures compliance with Air Force and DoD cybersecurity directives and accreditation processes.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Secret clearance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Air Force IA and system accreditation, or equivalent NIST experience.
  • Experience with:
  • AFI Series 33
  • RMF process and documentation
  • eMASS accreditation system
  • DISA STIGs
  • Possess two or more of the following certifications (or +3 years’ experience in lieu per certification): CISSP, CASP+, Security+, CISM, EC CISO, CEH, Pentest+, CYSA+, ICS2 CC, Kubernetes (MK100/CKAD/CKS/DKP), ACAS, GCIH, GISP, A+, ITIL v3/v4, Forescout, CCNA, Linux+.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules, taskings, and documentation.
  • US Air Force or Military Service is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist in development of Wing and local cyber policy based on USAF and DoD guidance.
  • Tailor current policies to incorporate new directives within 30 days of publication.
  • Develop enterprise framework policies for Wing and local IT operations.
  • Assist in the creation of RMF artifacts for each step in the RMF process.
  • Support the development and transition of cybersecurity policies for cloud environments.
  • Contribute to TTPs integrating risk analysis and threat hunting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant DISA STIGs, AFI Series 33, and eMASS accreditation requirements.
