As the Information and Communication Electronic Technician, technical knowledge will be requested to support the OASIS departments when needed, you will be responsible under minimal supervision to perform periodic maintenance tasks, complete trouble failures and job orders for a range of systems managed by the Information Technology Team.

STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

All personnel assigned shall be:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to fluently read, write and speak English
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Conduct preventative maintenance work on all electronic systems maintained by IT.
Perform planning of equipment, tools and materials needed to complete tasks.
Undertake initial fault-finding analysis and implement solutions.
Maintain reliable operation of all aspects of the Security system
Maintain, repair site electronics e.g. CATV, DVD’s and Projectors
Install and repair fibre optic networks associated with IT system infrastructure.
Maintain of electronic circuits and schematic diagrams.
Perform tasks for project efforts as required.
Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested
