Join our team as an Information & Development Management Assistant! In this position, you will be a key part of our Information Management and Systems team, providing specialised support to Development Management Officers. Your responsibilities will include managing consultation and determination processes for planning applications, coordinating planning committee and appeal activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role is supervised by the Information and Systems Officer and focuses on tasks related to Development Management and Planning & Enforcement Appeals.
We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise workloads. You should be proficient in using software within an MS Windows environment and have a good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages. Experience in teamwork and using a variety of IT systems is essential.
