This role plays a key part in enabling mission success by organizing, structuring, and optimizing information for operational readiness and partner collaboration, especially during joint military exercises. Although not a supervisory position, this role may be responsible for shaping the IMKM vision and aligning practices with Army mission goals, enterprise knowledge standards, and collaborative defense priorities with secure data governance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience
  • An active secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience supporting military exercises and multinational defense collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online (Army365), metadata structures, and digital content organization.
  • Familiarity with simulation data, types of military exercises, and policies guiding multinational collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and permission configuration in secure environments.
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and structure requirements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Ability to synthesize operational needs into structured, accessible knowledge environments.
  • Ability to guide others in executing data visualization, workflow automation, or low-code solutions to meet mission requirements.
  • Knowledge of Army IMKM or DoD KM doctrine.
  • Experience supporting Army divisions, commands, or interoperability programs.
  • Understanding simulation-driven planning and exercise lifecycle documentation.
