Description
Specific duties A. Data Management & Quality Assurance Enter, update, and maintain operational data in NPA’s Information Management (IM) systems, including datasets from partnership projects. Conduct routine quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks on spatial and non‑spatial datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness of the LRNTS and partnership project data. Support data consolidation, migration, and reconciliation between NPA and partner systems as required. B. GIS & Mapping Support Update ArcGIS Field Maps and provide basic GIS support to operational teams. Assist with preparing basic map layouts and updates using templates provided by the IMC. C. Digital Tools & System Support Assist in configuring and monitoring digital data collection tools (e.g., Survey123) for NPA and partnership activities. Support the design and maintenance of operational dashboards using predefined indicators and templates. Contribute to automating routine data processing and validation tasks using tools such as ModelBuilder and basic scripting (e.g., Python/ArcPy). D. Reporting & Documentation Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for internal use, donors, and national authorities (e.g., NMAA). Upload, archive, and manage datasets, reports, and map products in SharePoint following NPA filing structures. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of IM workflows, procedures, and templates. E. Field and Cross‑Team Support Provide IM support to field teams, including periodic travel to project locations when required. Support the Information Management Officer (IMO) in Ratanakiri when required. Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with NPA policies and procedures.
