Information Management Specialist The Opportunity: As an Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing data management and governance, ensuring secure and efficient information flow, and supporting mission‑critical operations. You Have: 3+ years of experience in information management or data governance 3+ years of experience with analyzing, synthesizing, and report on large datasets 3+ years of experience with information security best practices Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations across multiple security levels, including multinational security echelons Knowledge of database management systems and document control processes Ability to apply organizational and project management in a fast‑paced environment Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in an Information Management or Computer Science field Nice If You Have: Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions Experience in records management or archiving and with workflow automation tools Experience in training or mentoring staff in information management practices Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and machine learning in information management Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives Experience with a foreign language for international data projects Ability to leverage relationships within the information management industry Top Secret clearance Master’s degree in Information Management or a related field Certified Information Professional (CIP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
