We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Information Officer to join the CIPC team. You’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of the service by providing administrative and data support, ensuring information systems run smoothly, and helping internal and external customers get the information and support they need.
Your day-to-day work will include handling service requests, supporting data management, preparing reports, and helping develop informational materials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative duties: You’ll carry out a range of admin tasks including data entry and record keeping, monitor supplies, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Customer focus: You’ll help process incoming service requests and enquiries, ensuring customers get timely and helpful responses. You’ll provide information to the public and colleagues, referring more complex matters to the right person when needed, and you’ll create a professional and welcoming first point of contact. You’ll contribute to organising and updating office and management information systems. You’ll carry out data processing, research and analysis to support service delivery and decision-making. You’ll support IT-related training and promotional activities to help colleagues use systems effectively.
