POSITION OVERVIEW

The Information Processing Analyst is responsible for the timely and efficient entry of data into core business applications to ensure new business, remits and other essential daily duties are completed. This position is multi-faceted, encompassing different systems, processes, and applications. The Information Processing Analyst will ensure systems compliance and maintenance and handle multiple deliverables and projects in support of IT initiatives and overall company goals. The Information Processing Analyst is required to interact with clients, vendors, and system users. The Information Processing Analyst reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering or a similar field
  • Knowledge of CUBS and DRS Systems
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to identify and solve critical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
  • Good time management skills – ability to work within strict timelines

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and proper loading and processing of all new business. Retrieve data files from clients’ systems and process on our systems
  • Interact and maintain security on a variety of files and data
  • Properly document business processes, problem resolutions, reference documentation and procedural directives
  • Draft, create, maintain, and update business and IT process documents
  • Maintain user passwords, logins and access rights on a variety of systems
  • Ensure processing and timely submission of clients’ remit files
  • Run required PROS’ applications to create files
  • Maintain uptime on core and peripheral business systems
  • Monitor and maintain TCR Help Desk applications and systems in order to maintain required compliancy
  • Develop, analyze and manipulate workflows to achieve results based on objectives
  • Provide support for collection systems as required
  • Interact with 3rd party systems support as required
  • Run weekly, monthly and on-request statements at the proper intervals
  • Properly document business processes, problem resolutions, reference documentation and procedural directives
  • Ensure that daily correspondence is processed on the varioPRINT and that the varioPRINT is functional
  • Evening and weekend work, sometimes unscheduled, will occasionally be required
  • Other duties as mandated by TCR management
