ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Research Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting cross-functional teams by gathering and consolidating critical data and documentation necessary for ongoing projects. You’ll act as a key connector between the CSA teams, UPS teams, and engine centers to ensure no information is missed and that deliverables stay on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Information Gathering

Identify, locate, and collect missing or incomplete data, parts, and documentation from various internal and external sources.

• Collaboration

Serve as a liaison across CSA teams, UPS teams, and engine centers to close information gaps and ensure all required data is available and up to date.

• Data Tracking

Follow up on outstanding items and drive timely completion of deliverables and tasks.

• Reporting

Maintain clear records and report status updates on outstanding items to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Team Support

Provide general administrative assistance and help streamline the flow of information across teams to support overall project success.
