We are looking for an Information Security Administration Intermediate Analyst to strengthen our capabilities in professional support.
IAM (Identity and Access Management) is a global organization within Citi with 900+ employees located across the globe, IAM Budapest has 300+ colleagues locally.
This role manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. Also works in partnership with other Citi departments to build appropriate security architecture in new applications and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Understanding of end to end Citi products, processes, policies, regulations, and governance. Initiates process changes and improvements
• Handling complex, multi-tiered escalations, problems independently by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service.
• Leading and resolving MIM / severity escalations.
• Representing IAM Service Delivery on compliance calls, meeting with Audit.
• Collecting and analyzing evidence (deliverables) with internal/external compliance and auditing agencies / officials
• Ensuring adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level
• Checking and reviewing implementation of already established security procedures within the framework of specific system assignments, focusing on the full scope of IAM ISA SD Service Catalog
• Utilizing key information security administration tools
• Performing any kind of ID or Functional ID related processes. Group, profile and role management, Functional and Temporary ID management. Perform Certificate management.
• Supporting automation program, including Virtual Assistant and AIR (Automated Incident Routing).

Required skills:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service experience in data management
• Excellent command of English language (both verbal and written)
• Complex application or system knowledge
• Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Process enhancement skills
• Advanced knowledge of any of the mentioned platforms (for Wintel: Active Directory, Wintel NAS servers).
• Appreciated as benefit programming languages knowledge: VB, JavaScript, HTML, Shell Scripts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Degree, however Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• SSCP/CISSP/ITIL/PMP/Citi Lean certificate is advantage
