POSITION SUMMARY:

Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking an Information Security Analyst safeguard computer systems and networks again cyber threats and unauthorized. They play an important role in vulnerability assessment, security measure implementation, monitoring, and incident response. Additionally the maintain critical documentation and provide support as required to the customer.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Certification: CompTIA Sec+ (Preferred certification- Cloud Professional Certification)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • IAO/ISSO of NG CIMS platform. Review, update, and maintain various ATO security documentation which is maintained on SIPR.
  • Document compliance against security controls.
  • Review and approve or deny documentation as IAO regarding end user or administrator system access.
  • Provide SME Cyber and Engineering support to guide GPLs and Lead Engineers to make informed decisions based on cybersecurity findings.
  • Vulnerability management and DISA STIG review to remove vulnerabilities or develop, maintain, and document mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with various platforms, cyber personnel, engineering groups, and leadership to maintain balance of strict DISA standards while meeting battlefield operational requirements.
  • Perform various engineering and systems administration tasks from ACAS (Security Center/Tenable Nessus), RHEL 8, Windows 11, to MPU5 MANET Radios.
  • Assist JISCC platform with cyber and engineering efforts when asked upon.
  • Attend various engineering, cybersecurity, planning, IRP, and CM meetings both internally and with vendors.
