JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an entry-level Information Security Analyst to join a leading financial institution’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this hybrid role, you’ll support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) function by reviewing and approving access requests across various systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal IAM policies, security standards, and operational procedures in a high-volume access management environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 0–2 years of experience in access management, IAM, or related IT support roles.
  • Working knowledge of IAM policies and privileged access concepts.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Active Directory, Unix/Linux, RACF, or SQL databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint or other IAM platforms.
  • Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., FCRA, ISO 27001).
  • Access management certifications or related coursework.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and security teams to ensure proper governance of system access.
  • Track, document, and report on request activity and compliance metrics.
