POSITION SUMMARY:  The Information Security Analyst I assists with compliance and governance activities across multiple frameworks by reviewing alerts and coordinating action in various systems, performing risk assessments, and monitoring risk indicators. This position partners with Technology and various business units to assess and monitor technology-related security risks. The Information Security Analyst I assists in developing and maintaining role-based access and collaborates with vendors on the creation of roles, reports, and tickets. This position reports to the Information Security Manager and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Company’s values and supporting the mission. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Assist with compliance and governance activities across multiple frameworks including risk assessment support and monitoring of risk indicators * Review alerts and coordinate action in various information security systems * Respond to tickets and satisfactorily resolve identity governance-related access issues * Assist Information Security Engineers with systems design, process and workflow * Document process enhancements in knowledgebase articles and workflows * Partner with Technology and various business units to assess and monitor technology-related security risks/hazards * Assist in the development and maintenance of role-based access groups * Create, change, and delete user accounts as required * Maintain detailed documentation regarding changes or updates to user profiles * Perform reviews and audits of user access and system access exception reporting * Assist in the development of efficiencies to Identity Access Management (IAM) processes * Create, analyze and distribute IAM reports * Work with various vendors to create roles, reports and tickets * Investigate and troubleshoot issues regarding access and functionality * Support project initiatives for the IAM team as required * Assist team members and external customers with information security concerns, recognizing when further escalation is needed to improve the overall experience * Assist in monitoring network traffic and system logs to identify and mitigate potential security breaches and unauthorized activities * Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses in systems and applications, and recommend appropriate remediation * Respond to security incidents promptly, lead investigations, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and assist with implementing corrective actions * Assist in developing and monitoring security policies, standards, and procedures, facilitating compliance with industry regulations and best practices * Regularly assess the organization's security controls and access permissions * Provide security awareness training to team members, promoting a culture of cybersecurity and risk awareness throughout the organization * Collaborate with third-party vendors to assess their security practices and facilitate compliance with contractual security requirements * Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional associations * Attend training as requested * Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program * Participate in outside community activities as required * Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School diploma or GED * Bachelor’s degree in risk management, information security, or related field preferred * 2 years of experience in information security preferred * 1 year of previous banking experience preferred * Knowledge of information security principles and practices, understanding of security protocols, principles, and standards * Knowledge of AS 400 iSeries, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems * Working knowledge of all Federal and State regulations as it pertains to data integrity, security of data and privacy  * Familiar with regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, GLBA) and financial industry standards for security and resiliency * Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard software applications * Excellent organization and communication skills as well as the ability to interact in a helpful and professional manner * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks * Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills * High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic * Commitment to service excellence * Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through * Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload * Ability and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgency * Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic * Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations * Maintain confidentiality discretion * Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives * Willing to grow and be challenged COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS & RECOGNITION We believe success should be acknowledged and celebrated.
