for a permanent position in a consulting business. Your location can be in Helsinki, Turku, Pori, Rauma or Tampere.

You will have the opportunity to influence how organizations leverage Microsoft's cloud, security, and AI solutions in a secure way to support their business. You will work on diverse customer projects that combine Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, identity and access management, security governance, data protection, and new AI and agent solutions.

Your role is to support our customers in building, developing and maintaining secure Microsoft environments. In this role, you will work on security for Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid solutions, utilizing modern security solutions such as Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Security Copilot and Azure Security services.

Your expertise may focus on, for example, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations and Threat Prevention (SecOps), Information Protection & Compliance, or Cloud Security. Additionally, experience in the secure deployment of AI and agent solutions is considered an advantage.

In your role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, designing security architectures, implementations and deployments, and developing customers' security capabilities over the long term. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, documenting solutions and guiding customers to best practice operating models. You will work closely with customers' security, infrastructure and business teams, as well as other Atea security experts.

In this role, you will participate in the continuous development of customer environments as well as in information security change and implementation projects. You will also support the investigation and recovery of demanding information security incidents. We hope from you

• Experience with Entra ID / Microsoft Sentinel / Purview Data Security solutions
• Understanding of security policies for Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
• Ability to design, implement and document information security solutions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Initiative and desire to develop customers' security capabilities

We appreciate if you have expertise in one or more of the following: 

1. Microsoft Sentinel – SIEM/SOAR and monitoring capabilities

• Sentinel implementations: log sources, detections, alerts, KQL queries
• Incident management, correlations and investigation support
• Building automations (Logic Apps/playbooks) and participating in PoC and workshop work

     2. Data Security (incl. Purview) – data protection

• Data classification (labels), security policies and DLP (cloud and endpoint if necessary)
• Retention core capabilities, monitoring and reporting
• Piloting, phasing and exception management of deployments

    3.Entra ID – identity security and access management

• Conditional Access, MFA, risk-based access control and implementation of Zero Trust principles
• PIM and Identity Governance (JML, access reviews, lifecycle processes and automation)
• Identity security integrations with other security solutions

    4. Experience with the Defender ecosystem (endpoint, identity, cloud)

    5. Microsoft E7 licensing package knowledge

    6. Securing AI Agent Environments

    7. Ability to productize and develop implementation models
