• Build and Manage Security Systems: Implement and oversee our Information Security Management System (ISMS), including policies and control frameworks.
• Certification and Compliance: Drive ISO 27001 certification (or similar), ensure GDPR compliance, and align with industry standards for secure data handling.
• Incident Response and Audits: Lead incident investigations, manage internal and external audits, and ensure we’re always audit-ready.
• Culture and Training: Build awareness across the company with tailored training sessions to foster a strong security mindset.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership, IT, legal, and compliance to ensure integrated, effective security strategies.
• Operational Risk Management: Maintain and improve business continuity plans, conduct disaster recovery exercises, and perform regular risk assessments.
• Vendor and Threat Management: Assess vendor security measures, oversee threat detection and response, and follow up on breaches.
