Key responsibilities As an Information Security Officer, you are in charge of the following responsibilities: Support the Allianz Partners (AzP) CISO in developing the IS strategy for AzP, applying standards and frameworks as required by Allianz Group Security. The central team ISO will be responsible for certain key strategic areas, managing the development of the roadmap for these capabilities and sharing expertise with the Regional ISO and supporting them on operationalizing these capabilities Lead/ Support / oversee all security programs in close collaboration with Allianz Technology (Encryption, EDR, Network security, SIEM, Data Classification, Asset Management, Authentication, AI-driven Threat Detection and Automation). Own the framework where appropriate and act as a key SME, supporting the execution and operation of these tasks within the BUs, managed by the Regional ISO. Lead / Support / oversee Run activities in close collaboration with Allianz Technology (Vulnerably management, Security incidents, Pen testing & technical audits campaigns, AI-based Anomaly Detection). Implement continuous improvement in the existing process to ensure quality and relevance of information security services. Support the CISO and wider security communicate in developing roadmaps and strategies that help the Allianz Partners business to deliver secure solutions. Promote a culture of information security and raise security awareness and organise security training. What you bring 5+ years of significant, professional experience in information security and a high level of understanding of the application of security concepts and principles in a financial services organisation. Deep knowledge of current security technologies and practices (e.g. IS Compliance / Risk Management, Network, System and Application Security, Vulnerability / Penetration Testing and other security practices). Experience of global teams and working across different cultures. Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in cybersecurity.
