Job description:

As an Information Security Officer (m/f/d), you will actively shape information security within the

company. You will manage and further develop the ISMS, ensure compliance with important

standards, and promote security guidelines and processes in a practical manner. In this role, you will act as a

key interface between IT, business units, and management, fostering

security awareness within the company and making a crucial contribution to the sustainable

protection of business processes.

Your tasks

What you can achieve with us

- ISMS responsibility & development: You will assume overall responsibility for

the operation and continuous development of the

Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified according to ISO 27001:2022

- Policies & processes: You will define, maintain, and monitor

information security policies, standards, and processes and ensure their sustainable

implementation

- Risk & impact analyses: You will conduct risk, protection requirements, and business impact analyses

, derive appropriate measures, and consistently manage their implementation

- Regulatory compliance: You will

ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2) and further develop corresponding measures

- Audit management: You will prepare internal and external audits, actively participate in them, and

ensure structured follow-up after certification and surveillance audits

- BCM & incident response: You will be responsible for the governance and further development

of IT business continuity management and incident response processes

- Awareness & training: You Design and implement targeted awareness programs for the sustainable sensitization of employees and managers

- Reporting & Communication: You create regular reports for management and

relevant committees and ensure transparent decision-making

- Interface work: In close cooperation with IT, specialist departments, data protection and

compliance, you drive the continuous improvement of information security.
