As part of an exclusive company in the field of information security, we are currently looking for an Information Security Officer (m/f/d) who would like to contribute their expertise to demanding security projects.

The company operates in a highly regulated environment and places particular emphasis on the sustainable and practical implementation of GDPR data protection requirements, as well as the continuous development of information security. To strengthen its information security, our client has created the position of Information Security Officer (ISO). The ISO supports the company in developing, implementing, and continuously improving measures to protect information, IT systems, and business processes. They work closely with management, specialist departments, and IT, identify security risks, and oversee their remediation. The goal is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and to sustainably implement legal, regulatory, and internal security requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

- Establishing, maintaining, and further developing the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

- Conducting risk analyses and security assessments

- Developing and implementing security policies and concepts

- Supporting audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001)

- Raising awareness and training employees in IT security

What you bring:

- Sound knowledge in the field of information security management

- Experience in setting up, operating, or further developing an ISMS

- Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, especially ISO/IEC 27001 and/or BSI IT Baseline Protection

- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and IT security requirements

- Experience in creating security policies and concepts
