Description

Design, implement, and optimize Zscaler solutions, with particular emphasis on Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) deployments Configure and maintain ZPA App Connectors, Client Connectors, and Application Segments Develop and implement policies for secure application access based on zero trust principles Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the Zscaler platform and connectivity Create and manage Application Segments and Server Groups within ZPA Implement and manage Browser Access capabilities for web applications Configure and maintain ZPA integrations with identity providers (IdPs) and other security tools Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless operation Develop and maintain documentation for Zscaler architecture, configurations, and processes Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical security incidents Stay current on Zscaler product updates, new features, and best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience with Zscaler products, with at least 2 years focused on ZPA implementation and management Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, APIs) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or equivalent Experience with secure application deployment in multi-cloud environments Strong understanding of zero trust network architecture principles Experience with identity and access management solutions (Okta, Azure AD, etc.) Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and proxies Experience with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) and Zscaler Cloud Protection (ZCP)
