Your tasks

• You support and advise development teams in the realization of secure cloud-native applications and anchor security requirements in modern software architectures.
• You analyze and prioritize security vulnerabilities, accompany penetration tests as well as threat and risk analyses, and develop appropriate measures from them.
• You ensure the consistent implementation of current security requirements and governance guidelines within the development processes.
• You define and monitor security metrics to sustainably address identified vulnerabilities within the specified timeframes.
• You actively contribute to the further development of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC) and strengthen security throughout the entire development process.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in Application Security, DevSecOps or Secure SDLC and have already successfully implemented security processes in practice.
• You bring experience in CI/CD security as well as in the integration of automated security checks and quality gates.
• You are familiar with SAST and SCA tools and contribute to the evaluation and resolution of safety findings.
• You have a good understanding of web services, APIs, and common vulnerabilities and attack models of distributed systems.
• You approach risk analysis in a structured manner, prioritize measures in a comprehensible way, and reliably communicate complex issues between engineering and management.
• You work independently, proactively drive topics forward, and ensure structure and results even in demanding projects.
