For further information, please visit www.inetum.com Job Description Content Development & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and refine training modules that address key topics such as information classification, security awareness, and regulatory compliance. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational standards. Training Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end process of training delivery, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and post-training evaluation. Contribute to the yearly update cycles and help implement feedback-driven improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and external vendors to ensure training materials meet both internal and external audit requirements. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments. Security Awareness Campaigns: Assist in the conceptualization and rollout of awareness campaigns, including visual and interactive formats. Help track effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep of training inventories and documentation repositories. Ensure accessibility and clarity of training records for internal use and audit readiness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Experience in coordinating training, instructional design, or awareness initiatives in the field of security. Familiarity with corporate compliance or information security topics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management capabilities. Creativity in optimizing existing processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
