JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview : This role is responsible for developing and maintaining training and digital tools, including PowerApps, that support and enhance the Regulatory, Audit and Compliance Assurance (RACA) programming. In this role, the colleague will create interactive solutions to promote regulatory education, track learning progress, and create solutions to support ongoing learning for colleagues across TD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in PowerApps development, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, data security, and cyber principles.
  • Experience creating digital learning tools or applications, with a focus on user experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities to translate learning needs that engage and educate users effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps and other Microsoft 365 tools to support regulatory training, role-based training and tracking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different Lines of Business to understand the regulatory landscape and current learning needs.
  • Create and manage a suite of PowerApps that enable assessments, training modules, and resource access for employees.
  • Ensure user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other internal platforms.
  • Maintain and update applications to meet evolving regulatory needs.
  • Provide technical documentation, support, and training for users to ensure efficient tool usage.
