Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Define, develop and/or implement Technology Controls / Information Security related policies, programs, tools and provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the Bank. May participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level for own area.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • University degree
  • Solid risk management experience and knowledge
  • Skilled and high comfort level with regulatory issue management and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong Program Management skill set required for this role (planning cycles, status reporting etc)
  • Audit background preferred
  • Knowledge of Bank, technology standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills specifically including the ability to present options in business terms to both IT and business staff including executives
  • Experience with regulatory exam management and regulatory supervision activities.
  • Data Analytics skills an asset for this role (reporting)
  • Information security certification / accreditation an asset (CISA, ISACA CRISC, CISSP)
