Description:

Are you looking for a new opportunity that provides a broad range of activities that support the leadership team of the Community Services Division based at Scarborough? You will be working in a role that will give you the opportunity to utilise and develop your skills to support the smooth running of the teams.
Candidates need to be organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload, as well as be able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to details. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are desired. You will be key to the smooth running of the processes and procedures and involved in quality and compliance activities.
Schedules meetings and carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and recording minutes and updating action trackers.
To assist in the development and ongoing management of community staffing rotas / daily staff cover.
To assist recruitment lead and team leaders in the process of recruitment and induction of new staff.
To assist with organisation and data management for staff training and education sessions.
To assist with HR processes – including information and organisational support for managers.
To assist with effective supplies ordering.
To assist in the management and development of computerised information systems.
To assist with regularly produced reports and information in relation to service area needs.
