OVERVIEW:

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Information Systems Architect with a strong background in Citrix VDI architecture and ZenApps server environments. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical expertise, oversee the design and optimization of virtual desktop solutions, and ensure the stability and efficiency of Microsoft Windows-based infrastructures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience with Citrix VDI architecture and ZenApps server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers and infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Level-2/3 technical support in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Architect, implement, and maintain Citrix VDI and ZenApps environments.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support for complex system issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the VDI platform for performance and reliability.
• Manage and support Microsoft Windows servers and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Document system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
