We are seeking a highly capable Information Systems Architect to lead the architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of our key business systems—primarily Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud) and Atlassian Jira Cloud. This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of solution architecture, business process optimization, and system implementation. You will own end-to-end delivery: requirements translation, system design, configuration, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Architecture, Design & Delivery Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across: Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ / Revenue Cloud Customer Experience / Journey improvements across the customer lifecycle Own Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Translate business requirements into system designs using best practices (data model, automation, security, UX). Build and configure solutions including: Flows, approval processes, validation rules, assignment rules Objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning App Builder experiences Reports, dashboards, forecasting, and analytics Implement customer experience improvements such as: Case management optimization SLA design and support operations workflows Knowledge base, customer portals/experience sites (if relevant) CPQ / Revenue Cloud Enablement Architect and implement CPQ solutions: Product catalogue structuring Price books, discounting rules, guided selling Quote templates, document generation (if relevant) Approval workflows and renewals/amendments Ensure revenue process alignment: lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, contract lifecycle inputs. Partner with Finance / Sales Operations to support billing, revenue recognition, order workflows (integration-based where applicable). Integrations & System Interoperability Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems including (examples): ERP/Finance systems Support platforms Data warehouse / BI tools Marketing automation tools Define integration strategy using APIs, middleware (e.g. Workato), and event-driven architecture. Own data governance: data quality, deduplication strategy, key identifiers, master data concepts. Atlassian Jira Cloud Architecture & Administration Own Jira Cloud setup and ongoing optimization: Project configuration (company-managed & team-managed) Workflows, schemes, permissions, roles, screen configurations Build and maintain Jira automations, including cross-project workflows, rule-based triggers, notifications, and SLA-related automations (if applicable). Architect and implement Jira integrations with Salesforce and other business tools. Ensure Jira remains usable, scalable, and aligned with organizational process standards. Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (configuration + architecture). Strong experience implementing and supporting Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud. Proven experience with Jira Cloud administration and configuration (workflows, schemes, permissions, automations). Strong understanding of integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware tools Data modelling and sync strategies Experience translating business requirements into scalable systems. Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end (hands-on build + stakeholder alignment). Integrations building experience with Workato – strong bonus Preferred Skills null
Responsibilities
The Information Systems Architect will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of key business systems, primarily Salesforce and Atlassian Jira Cloud.
