REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1-2years of experience in IT support.
• Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation including development, testing and reports.
• Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) Database (SQ/NoSQL), and Networking.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity Principles and Compliance frameworks.

• System Design & Deployment – Design and implement information systems architecture, develop integration solutions, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• System Maintenance & User Support – Monitor performance, apply updates and backups, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide technical support and training.
• Security & Compliance – Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and phishing awareness training.
